Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. They are displayed before finalizing the order.

Delivery Areas

Deliveries are available in mainland France, French overseas departments and territories, and Europe.

Delivery Times

Orders are shipped within 3 to 7 business days after validation and receipt of payment. These times may vary depending on the destination, logistical conditions, or exceptional constraints.

Delivery Methods

Products are delivered by a professional carrier or a courier service specialized in fragile packages. A tracking number is provided to the customer to monitor their order.

Deliveries are entrusted to Viticolis.

Receiving Products

Upon receipt, it is recommended to:

  • Check the condition of the package and its contents in the presence of the delivery person,
  • Immediately report any damage or anomaly on the delivery note and contact us within 48 hours.

2. Claims

Delivery-related Claims
In case of missing, damaged, or non-compliant packages, the customer must inform us within 48 hours of receipt, specifying:

  • The order number,
  • A description of the incident,
  • Photos of the package (exterior and interior) in case of breakage.

Claims should be sent to:

A response and solution (replacement, refund, etc.) will be provided as soon as possible.

Product Quality Claims
For any defect or anomaly found on a product (excluding delivery issues), please contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the problem. The claim must include:

  • A detailed description of the problem,
  • The batch number of the bottle concerned (if applicable).

3. Return and Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to withdraw, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

To exercise this right, inform us in writing via:

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned intact, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error or defect in the delivered product.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the products.
