Made from old vines planted by Eugène over 40 years ago.

This wine was crafted at the southern gateway of the Alsace Wine Route, at the foot of the Rangen vineyard.

Aged at the Hospices de Strasbourg in oak barrels.

Pale yellow in color. The nose is flattering and exuberant, with notes of pineapple, candied lemon, and ripe fruit. The secondary aromas lean toward aniseed notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh, followed by a rich, chewy texture. There is a hint of woody notes. This wine pairs beautifully with scallops or spicy shrimp fried rice.

A wine with great aging potential, carried by citrus aromas and blessed with refreshing vibrancy.
